Further advice on entering search criteria

If you want to retrieve all the records on a particular street, it is not recommended to use the �Street Name� or �Property Number� fields. Instead use the �Site Address� field and use �%�. For example if you want to search for �Abberley Mews� then you would type �%Abberley Mews%� in �Site Address�, which will retrieve any record where part of the Site Address contains �Abberley Mews�.

You can also search by postcode. Full Postcodes should be entered in full with spaces, e.g. SW18 2PU (not SW182PU).

None of the fields are case sensitive so an entry of either "HIGH", "High" or "high" will return the same results.

Application type can only be selected once you have chosen either Planning or Building Control applications from the Record Type box.
