What do I do if I am unhappy?
There are opportunities for young people to talk to their parent, foster carer social worker, supervising social worker and any other professional involved in your case.

Depending on the issue, there are free phone numbers of the council, child line and VOICE. You will be given information on all these matters when you come into care and you can find the contact details for the places mentioned in the contact section on this website.

If your matter cannot be resolved by speaking to these people, you can make a complaint online.
